Role and Responsibilities:

We are hiring a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads and close high-value software and technology projects.
This role is focused on revenue generation, pipeline development, and strategic client acquisition, not just brand awareness or social media posting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Identifying and targeting high-value B2B and B2C clients.
• Generating qualified leads through outbound and inbound strategies.
• Managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Conducting discovery calls and client needs assessments.
• Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Building long-term client relationships and referral channels.
• Develop and execute a full marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Having a BSC, HND, or OND degree is a plus.
• Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
• Understands consultative selling.
• Can independently generate and close deals.
• Is data-driven and revenue-focused.
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understands value-based pricing.

Performance Expectations:

• Build and manage a consistent monthly client acquisition pipeline.
• Close 3 to 6 projects per quarter.
• Contribute directly to company revenue growth.
